Our focus is on our core competences and for services outside of this we refer our clients to the industry best.
Quality Assurance
We are committed to implementing, following and delivering products and services that meet or exceed industry standards.
- We only purchase carbon credits that are independently verified.
- Our International Carbon Credits meet or exceed the IETA and VCS standard and where possible show additionality.
- Our Australian Carbon Credits are registered with the National Environment Registry (NER) for verification, authenticity and ownership.
- The NER also manage the lifecycle of our Carbon Credits and record retirements that Carbonza performs on behalf of clients.
- Carbonza is quarterly audited and reports on the Carbon Credits purchased and retired on behalf of our customers.
- Carbonza uses and recommends Earthcheck from EC3 Global as a business solution for carbon footprint measurement, monitoring and benchmarking. EC3 Global is a division of Sustainable Tourism CRC (owned and contributed to by 17 Universities).
- We recommend our Tourism Operators aim for Greenglobe Certification in conjunction with Earthcheck benchmarking.
- We are registered with FEX on the VERP program and are working towards certification.
